Program Pricing

Edbridge provides professional training programs designed to elevate careers, and our pricing reflects the value of this specialized instruction.

1.1 Payment Options

  • Full Payment: Students may opt to pay the full fee upfront.
  • Installment Payments: Installment payments may be available and will follow an agreed schedule. By selecting this option, students authorize Edbridge to charge their designated payment method on each due date.

1.2 Promotional and Variable Pricing
Edbridge occasionally offers promotions and discounts, which may result in different pricing for individual students based on the timing or nature of the promotion. These promotional prices are limited and applied solely at Edbridge’s discretion. Prices paid by one student during a promotion are not guaranteed for others, and pricing adjustments for prior enrollments will not be made based on new promotions or offers.

2. Refund Policy

Edbridge maintains a strict 100% Refund Policy for students who meet certain conditions. However, it is important to note that refunds will only be granted in specific situations outlined below. Once a student has accessed content or advanced within the course, the no-refund policy will generally apply.

2.1 Eligible Refund Conditions Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Medical Emergency: If the student or an immediate family member experiences a documented medical emergency preventing program participation, Edbridge may review a refund request. Requests must include verifiable documentation from a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Program Cancellation by Edbridge: If Edbridge cancels a program before the start date, students are eligible for a full refund.
  • Withdrawal of Enrollment: Students who withdraw from a program within 3 calendar days of initial enrollment, provided they have not accessed more than 5% of the program content, may be eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable processing fee.

2.2 Non-Eligible Refund Circumstances Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Course Progression: If a student has accessed more than 10% of the course content or attended live sessions, refunds are not issued.
  • Changes in Personal Circumstances: Personal commitments, work obligations, scheduling conflicts, relocation, or general dissatisfaction with the program.
  • Failure to Complete the Program: Students who fail to meet program requirements or who do not complete the program will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Technical Requirements: It is the student's responsibility to meet the technical requirements for accessing Edbridge programs. Refunds will not be granted for technical issues stemming from the student's own equipment or internet service.

2.3 Refund Request Process If students believe they meet eligible refund conditions, they must submit a formal request by email within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request. The request should include:

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the request,
  • Supporting documentation, as applicable (e.g., medical certificates, Edbridge program cancellation notice).

Refund requests are reviewed by Edbridge administration, and students will be notified of the outcome within 30 days. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 45 days of the approval date. Edbridge reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these strict conditions.

3. Discretionary Adjustments and Policy Modifications

While Edbridge strives to maintain fairness, all refund requests are subject to the conditions above. Edbridge reserves the right to make exceptions in extenuating circumstances, though such exceptions are rare and entirely at Edbridge's discretion. This policy is non-negotiable and binding.

Note: By enrolling in an Edbridge program, students acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Pricing and Refund Policy, including the conditions surrounding our 100% Refund Policy and Promotional Pricing Policy. Refund exceptions are limited and granted solely at Edbridge’s discretion.
